Description of Group:
The New York Area Appreciative Inquiry Special Interest Group, formed through the Organizational Development Network of Greater New York on December 15, 2004. It is our hope to create a supportive community of practitioners to bring more strength based approaches into New York City Businesses, Communities, Schools, Not-For-Profits and any other organizations in need of creating greater connection, communication, collaboration and innovation.
Meetings:
Once, (approximately) Every 6 weeks. Evening 5:45 to 8:00 pm
Purpose of Group:
The purpose is to create a learning/growth community to explore and apply the Appreciative Inquiry Philosophical Approach, as well as, its tools. We will also include other associated approaches to positive/collaborative change and transformation.
