Jackie Chang started her facilitation career in 2005. Before she plunged into facilitation professional, Jackie has more than 17 years of experience working in public relation consultant agencies, including Elite PR, K-Concepts Communications, Hill & Knowlton, BridgeOne Consultants as well as Edelman worldwide.
During her career as a consultant in PR agencies, she has been involved with an overall client service supervision such as communication strategy, media relations and spokesperson training and event management. The business sectors include consumer product, health care, medical business, IT software, hardware, telecommunication, travel business, sports so on and so forth.
Jackie speaks conversant English and fluent Mandarin and Taiwanese. She Holds a Bachelor degree in Mass Communications from the Ming Chung University in Taiwan. She also completed the e-Learning courses of E-Business, ERP, Knowledge Management, Database Marketing, CRM in National Taiwan University. She is also a certificated facilitator by ICA (The Institute of Cultural Affairs) Taiwan.
