Our company focuses on the 'people side of business' and we work most often with senior leaders, key decision makers who are ready to take on the change process to achieve their goals and who believe that it is their people who are the crux of getting this done.
We use AI as the basis of all our work which includes:
management development, strategic planning, organizational review, selection and orientation of new staff, succession planning, business process review, staff training, change management,and senior leader coaching.
Education/Professional Experience:
Master's degree in Organizational Behaviour (focus leadership and training).
I've used AI for the past six years with individual managers and their staff in a variety of sectors from mining and gas through to post secondary education and finance; and in this past year have being using AI on a larger scale with organizations in transition - long term care, universities,and an international agency in a developing country are just a few examples.
