She spent 12 years with Pfzier, where she was the Senior Manager of Regulatory Operations, Senior Manager of Training and Quality Assurance & Operations and a Manager of Systems Development. She is a founding partner of the Strategic Change Organization (SCO), LLC. SCO is a global business provider of strategic planning, marketing and project management services.
