Education/Professional Experience:
Completed PhD in Organization Development at the Southeast Asian Interdisciplinary Development Institute (SAIDI) with a dissertation on Appreciative Inquiry in Project Evaluation. Heads the HRDM office of SEAMEO INNOTECH, a Southeast Asian regional center that promotes educational innovation and technology. Currently serves as President of the Association for Appreciative Inquiry (AAI) in the Philippines.
