Education/Professional Experience:
As a school consultant, I have introduced AI to school administrators, teachers, parents and students through training workshops, consultation meetings, interviews and action learning projects. As a coach in leadership development, AI is one of the major approaches I used in facilitating the design and implementation of the action learning projects by the student leaders and teacher leaders. According to my experience, AI works for students (from Grade 4 to university level), teachers, administrators and parents. Shining eyes are often met in the interaction. And eagerness to try AI in daily practices are often witnessed.
