Education/Professional Experience:
Over the past 10 years I have focused on facilitating positive / strengths-based change and transformation for individuals, teams and organizations.

For coaching I use a strengths-based coaching approach based upon the identification & leveraging of each person's unique talents and strengths.

For organizational renewal I utilize Appreciative Inquiry - a positive, full participation approach to solution development and change.

For almost 30 years I have specialized in organizational renewal & transformation. I have an extensive background in information systems, business process re-engineering & organizational change management gained with major international companies.

Over the past 20 years I have worked for some of the world’s leading consulting practices including Price Waterhouse, Ernst & Young, KnowledgeWare & Armstrong Laing. I have also been an executive with Deutsche Telekom’s T-Systems, one of the largest European players in outsourcing & systems integration.
