Education/Professional Experience:
24 years professional HR experience including 10 years in organization and leadership development with GE, Monsanto, NOvartis. Now running consulting services in OD and LD. Client organiazions have included Novartis, Syngenta, SITA, Holcim and European Foundation for Management Development. In final stages of completing an MSc in Organization Consulting (dissertation is about AI); also possess MBA from Bradford University in UK.
