I am interested in using AI with organizations to effect positive change through such mechanisms as summits and workshops. I am also interested in developing new approaches to activities such as performance appraisal, labor negotiations and job interviewing to incorporate an AI approach. I am currently working with another colleague on integrating AI approaches into more traditional leadership training.
