Education/Professional Experience:
BA (Mathematics), MA (Higher Education), EdD (Educational Leadership and Policy) all from the University of British Columbia

Jeanie is a dynamic facilitator and educator. She is a leader in Appreciative Inquiry as an organizational development process, a research methodology and foundation for fostering collaboration in groups. She trains facilitators for http://CenterforAppreciativeInquiry.net. Her work with organizations crosses the spectrum from private and public sector to non-profit. Jeanie specializes in working with teams and brings to that work a wealth of experience and recent research into collaboration as part of her doctoral work. She uses “making magic” as the metaphor for the facilitating work she does with groups that results in the group becoming more present with each other, communication improves, appreciation is combined with critical reflection to enhance goal achievement and working relationships.
