I am an organization developement practioner. I work in both for-profit and non-profit settings. I am particularly interested in employee involvement, diversity, leadership developement, also all female work teams. Have been using AI primarily in a small business setting.
Use AI in small business in a variety of creative ways including yearly summits, interviewing perspective employees, performance appraisal, strategic planning, coaching and team building. Use appreciaitve approaches in work with non-profit organizations as well.
