Areas of Interest:
Special focus area is appreciative inquiry for faith-based and community based organizations. As a Quaker, I have a special interest in exploring 'discernment' as an aspect of this process. This includes understanding of how organizations in the context of appreciative inquiry might seek corporately to discern divine calling in terms of purpose and mission.

My calling is to assist community-based and faith-based organizations with integrity, to find the courage, foster the wisdom, and facilitate the transformational leadership to make their vision a living reality. I bring to this work unique gifts in the areas of communication, corporate discernment, participatory management, appreciative inquiry, conflict resolution, and contemplative leadership. My passion is journeying with organizations beyond the distinctions and differences that divide us culturally, religiously, and socially, to the rich tapestry of our shared human experience.

Education/Professional Experience:
30 years experience in facilitating and consulting with non-profit organizations. Training in organizational leadership, servant leadership, conflict resolution, grant writing. I have provided facilitation or consulting service for more than 500 community-based or faith-based organizations.
