I learned about AI when I did the Masters (Psychology and HRD) through University of Cincinnati and NTL in Jamaica in 1993. AI was introduced by one of the NTL facilitators and it grabbed my interest from then.

I facilitate Train the Trainer workshops and since graduation, I have been sharing the concept with my groups and I sometimes use the interviews in workshops. In facilitating change and transformation processes as well as Customer Service workshops and Coaching sessions, I have also used aspects of AI to shift paradigms - we enlarge what we dwell upon. I have seen shifts especially via coaching.
