Annotation: In 2000, David Cooperrider was invited by Richard Blum, a San Francisco investment banker, and Bishop Swing, leader of the United Religions Initiative, on behalf of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama to facilitate the sessions of the Inter-religious Friendship Group. To date, the group has met in Washinginton, DC, Jerusalem, Israel, and Atlanta, Georgia.
