I had the privilege of utilizing an AI methodology/approach with a sales and marketing organization involved in a strategic alliance with a major channel partner. In the two+ years since AI had been introduced to and embraced by the group, a significant transformation has occurred. Morale has improved dramatically, relationships have grown tighter, teamwork has significantly improved--and equally compelling--sales and profitability outpaced the rest of both organizations.
