Amidst the barrage of bad news, the complexity and scale of civilization-busting issues, and the toll that exponential change exacts on every human system, there is a growing hunger for connection and community. Just in the nick of time, we have developed tools and skills to call forth new types of organizations and communities, based on collective wisdom and collaborative will. We now have the ability to tap the knowledge and experience that springs from diverse cultures and fields.
