David Cooperrider PhD 1 day workshop
The Strengths Revolution in Leadership.
Sponsored by: John Loty & Associates P/L & Hargraves Institute

Date: Nov 25, 2009
Location: Melbourne , Australia

Description: Whilst in Australia David Cooperrider PhD the co-originator and thought leader of AI will present a one day workshop (in both Melbourne and Sydney) entitled, The Strengths Revolution in Leadership.
In this session David will share:

• The “three circles of the strengths revolution”—and how to make sense of, leverage, and unite many seemingly disparate “managing change” innovations into one integral and powerful whole;
• Stories of new horizons in Appreciative Inquiry which illustrate—at companies such BP and Hewlett Packard and award winning Fairmount Minerals—how strengths–based change can help engage and empower people and propel industry-leading innovation, adaptability, and agility;
• New research findings showing how and why “positivity” and the systematic focus on strengths does more than signal optimal organizational functioning— that the positivity dynamic creates self-reinforcing upward spirals—where strengths do more than perform, they transform.
What you learn in a single day can change everything!
