Annotation: In 2000 the Human Resources department at Case Western Reserve University embarked upon an Appreciative Inquiry to do everything from setting up a staff leadership-training program to overhauling its HR policy manual and developing annual HR goals and objectives.

Over 10,000 people campus-wide have participated in the Appreciative Inquiry at some point in the process.
