This is a great story of a group getting through the AI process and then immediately shutting down the member that 'pushes back'. He stops them cold and confronts them with the fact that by doing that, they just did what they agreed did not lead to the best performance...

This story illustrates how the 'rubber meets the road' and there certainly is some discomfort in changing behavior. But it also demonstrates the efficacy of the AI process for this team.
