Annotation: The intention of the Fire Service was to use our organisation to work with the groups of managers via 4-D events to create material for the vision project, and at the same time equip a group of colleagues in the service with sufficient knowledge and confidence of AI to take a more leading role in later visioning activities.
Between July and December 2007 three 4-D events were held involving almost 90 senior officers, (both uniformed and non-uniformed) with pieces of work in between synthesising the material from the events.
