Annotation: We utilized AI principles and SOAR (strengths, opportunities, aspirations and results) as the primary tool to develop a strategic plan. The process involved developing focus groups, and establishing a strategic planning meeting to develop the core goals of the plan. During the strategic planning meeting we utilized a number of Quality tools including interrelationships diagram, flowchart, and affinity diagram. The attachments outline the process we used to complet this project.
