Annotation: Mac Odell presents a draft paper of the Imagine Nepal initiative. The “ImagiNepal’ initiative draws on powerful and successful “Imagine” models proven elsewhere, starting with the world recognized “Imagine Chicago” movement in the US, and epitomized, perhaps, by UNICEF’s “Imagine Nagaland” program which has helped bring about the first serious peace talks in that war-torn state in over 50 years of conflict. We know that by working together, and building on Habitat for Humanity’s global experience in peace-building, we can bring a positive future to Nepal.
