Annotation: This is an account of relationship and vision building in Huehuecoyotl eco-village community, located near Tepotzlan, in central Mexico. Although Appreciative Inquiry was the basic methodology, we weaved within it the metaphors and symbols of the community, creating exercises that made sense to them. Working within an ‘emergent’ paradigm, we drew inspiration from the natural flow of the group, from our intuition and the spirits of the land. We hope you enjoy our story….
