Case studies can take many forms. You may submit a case study in the format you have available to you or you may submit a case study using the following format:
1. Description of the Organization
2. Focus of the Appreciative Inquiry
3. Organizational Objectives
4. What was Done or What is being Done
5. Outcomes of the Initiative
6. Next Steps
7. What We Learned
If the case study description is more than two pages of text, you will need to upload your document in the Resource Files section of the template.
