Annotation: BP Amoco’s Upstream Technology Group (UTG) which provides high-end geosciences and engineering support to the exploration, production and development business units used appreciative inquiry during a one-day mini summit to maximize the Research and Development’s group’s image on the ability of the operating business units to produce more oil and gas (thus meeting the Production Challenge).
