Annotation: As the field of healthcare continues to grow and transform at a rapid pace, this case study is an example of how Appreciative Inquiry was designed and adapted to engage employees and increase commitment as part of an employee opinion survey feedback process. The process sought to reaffirm the organization's successes, positive attributes and allow for ongoing meaningful conversations and actions for continued success.
