Annotation: This case describes an intervention with a division of senior managers and informal leaders, to become a high performing leadership team. Client objectives were to:
1. Gain greater understanding and alignment to performance objectives.
2. Accelerate the development of the management group into a high performing leadership team.
3. Reinforce cultural norms that drive business performance within the division.

The intervention blended AI with the Drexler/Sibbert team development model for high performance.
