Resources for getting appreciative inquiry started: An example OD proposal

Annotation: Over the years practitioners have been asking about tools (in particular proposals) that will transform their consulting practices. This article gives examples of proposals that set the stage for OD contracting. This presents a "composite picture" of several actual proposals that led to major OD work. The "AMX" proposal represents the best of several projects that combine Appreciative Inquiry and Future Search. The corporate names in the article are fictitious however the projects are real.
