Annotation: Evaluation with Appreciative Inquiry. The five evaluation questions were generated within the core team. The project for teachers, pupils, parents failed and the sponsor wanted to know how to implement such a project successful in schools.
We used the 4-D-Cycles for the evaluation and an ai-summit. After phase one the first evaluation took place with implizit questions, the second evaluation with explizit questions was done after phase three.
There is a big difference within 1st and 2nd answers/provo. propositions. First answers tend more to the machine model, second answers more to the systemic approach.
