Annotation: Evaulation can be downright enjoyable, insightful, growthful and professionally satisfying. This instrument is used as the "valuation" tool for counselors who work with 1st generation-college bound students who serve as college and career counselors. This tool could be modified for use in many diverse settings. It's briefly discribed below:
This "valuation" is designed to focus on your examples of highest performance and times your service to others and for yourself and for your team was outstanding. Please keep in mind it very important to focus on peak performance and experience for yourself and what conditions that existed to help you achieve these peak experiences. Please keep in mind this valuation is an inquiry into the best of what you do.
