Annotation: This material if for a summit running globally in BP Castrol Marine around the 'perfect contract'.
It gets all involved in the room in 4 interventions in Spain, Athens, Singapore and the UK covering all corners of the globe with the aim of bringing clarity to our transactional processes and improvement through creating new ways of working between different parts of the organisation.
Feedback is very positive and there is a great story which will emerge here regarding bringing the disciplines of Business Process Reengineering and AI together which offers a lot more than the conventional process redesign workshops I have attended in my career.
