Annotation: Nutrimental Industria e Comercio de Alimentos S.A., a Brazilian manufacturer of healthy food products, used an Appreciative Inquiry approach to help employees regain their confidence and gain a competitive advantage. They launched a two-year project in 1997, starting with an “AI Summit” in which the organization identified best practices and important strengths. As a result, gross sales increased dramatically.
