Annotation: Hunter Douglas Window Fashions Division in Denver CO, the leading manufacturer of energy efficient window coverings in America, used Appreciative Inquiry to engage employees, customers, suppliers and community members in generating a new corporate vision and culture changes to increase productivity, employee commitment and ownership. As a result, there was an increase in the percentage of employees who participated in development activities including on-site programs and off-site tuition reimbursement.
