Marlo Derksen

Tendercare, Inc
MI
2002

Annotation: Tendercare, Inc. is Michigan’s (USA) largest provider of long-term senior care living services. In 2002, the Wayne facility used Appreciative Inquiry to increase the occupancy rates of available beds, their primary source of revenue, and improve the overall quality of living conditions. As a result, the budgeted occupancy rate of 85% was achieved within four months after the intervention had begun.
