Annotation: These are handouts I use in my workshops with heterogeneous groups. The "Introduction to Appreciative Inquiry" document is for those who have never heard of AI. I use the "Using Appreciative Inquiry to Improve Your Organization" with groups who have attended an introductory workshop. This handout focusses on writing AI interview guides. I have used these handouts with both non-profit and business groups.
