Annotation: Strategy Development Workshop
This design draws on the principles of "Appreciative Inquiry".
This is a draft based on our discussion. Please suggest any changes you may require. It is likely by October that all of us will see things slightly differently because we will have learned new things by then. This can't be a precise blueprint because people, thankfully, are not completely predictable. We will always have to be flexible to meet what happens on the day.
