For our Training & Development Team off-site (40 people), I presented an interactive introduction to Appreciative Inquiry and Experiential Learning. The Powerpoint was actually designed to be a detailed "AI Guide Book" that I handed-out at the event. The actual presentation incorporated only a few slides from the Guide book. Overall, the group was very excited and leadership was quite impressed with these methodologies! Also attached are my facilitator's notes. Feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions or want to share best practices!
