The SOAR strategic planning model, developed by Dr. Jackie Stavros and colleagues, is being used more and more in businesses and organizations. This teleclass introduces the SOAR model (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results) in the context of appreciative personal and professional development coaching.
We will use AI principles and process to help you adapt this strategic planning tool for your personal or professional goals. Comprehensive class notes will encourage you to explore and deepen your growth and create inspired action plans for your continued development.
PREPARATION:
To get the greatest benefit from this recording, please create a written “affirmative topic”, focus or theme that you want to work with (a short sentence), and a brief “Dream Statement” that describes the ideal future you envision for your professional or personal life (2 or 3 sentences). These can be in “rough draft” form! (Once you register, you are welcome to send them to me at susanbelgard@gmail.com for comments and suggestions before class starts)
